- Set up and maintain Empower applications.
- Handle project processes with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Monitor tracks over Jira, to track User Stories, Defects, and Tasks.
- Collaborate with the developers and QC teams.
- To assist with the process of Agile Software Development.
- Assist in troubleshooting software and keep project files and records.
- Provide quality & dependable software solutions.
